It is a core belief at Carnedd that jobs in technology should be available to everyone, but that it is not enough to simple say “everyone is welcome here” without then making the meaningful changes required to make this a possibility. So we were absolutely delighted when Megan was invited to take part and share her experiences, as well as a stage with other esteemed women in tech.

Of course, we also took this an opportunity to enjoy a day out and soak up the atmosphere at the Eisteddfod at Boduan. The excitement around Pen Llŷn has been palpable now for months and it was great to partake in a celebration of everything Welsh.

Walking around the Maes, at every turn we seemed to be bumping into people that we have got to know over the last 16 months since starting Carnedd; clients, friends and others who have simply helped us along the way. There was a fantastic sense of community. It reminded me why I started Carnedd, why we have built our business around people, and why having a positive impact locally is so important to us.
